It was a pleasure to have made your acquaintance and to have made such a casual, but nonetheless exciting transaction for my Cape Cod timeshare. I know my family and I will cherish using it for a long time to come. Both Lewis and I were struck by your warmth and intelligence and had no idea what an uplifting time we would share with you. It is indeed too rare that "business" can be done with a human and caring approach.

Hi Bernie, as you may recall, you sold us a time share at Southcape in Mashpee,
and then sold one to our oldest daughter's family(Morris) for the next week. We
were and are extremely pleased with this time share. A couple of years ago, we
convinced one of our other daughter's family (Officer) to talk to you and you
found a reasonably priced time share for them in Falmouth. Now our middle
daughter's family in Oregon is also considering a time share and of course we
recommended you. Mary and I would sincerely appreciate your helping them find a
marvelously priced timeshare similar to the great deals my family received
from you in the past. I am copying Erin on this note and she should be able to
fill you in on the specifics.

I recently moved to the mid-west from the east coast. We found our circumstances required us to sell our timeshare on Cape Cod. I had heard horror stories about selling vacation timeshares. I enlisted MBA Timeshares to help market and sell our unit. The experience was wonderful as MBA Timeshares handled the marketing and closing process effectively. Not only did we receive the selling price we wanted, but we actually received more. I am quite satisfied with MBA Timeshare's experience and performance as related to the selling of our timeshare. I would recommend their services to anyone trying to sell vacation timeshare units.

As a Seller and a Buyer, my "ON-LINE" experience with MBA Timeshare has been a pleasant transaction, having consummated the contract "on the Internet" without having met anyone at MBA Timeshare Resales, or and including, the Buyer or Seller. The honest approach has made us feel comfortable doing business with MBA on the web, and the personal touch only being a phone call away to answer any of your questions that we had were answered right away. Just a quick note to let you know how happy we are with the timeshare you sold to us. I can't thank you enough for all you did to make this all happen so smoothly. I was a little leery at first about using the Internet to buy my timeshare, but your web site and you made it so easy!
As you know, I originally purchased
the timeshare so my sister and her family could visit me on Cape Cod.
Their home is in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Clubhouse amenities are great. I live nearby and use them very often.
I couldn't afford the price of a new timeshare and if it wasn't for your resale
properties, I could never have done this for my family. Thanks to you, we
had a great visit this summer and my nephews had a wonderful time at the beach
and boating - THE WEATHER WAS FANTASTIC!
