How much Timeshare can you afford?
Simply put, you can afford a Timeshare if you Vacation at least one week a year.
A quick way to estimate the amount of money you can afford to spend on a Timeshare would be to multiply your annual Vacation expenditure for accommodations times 10. For example, if you spend $800 a week, including
tax, for one week a year on vacation accommodations, it makes more sense to purchase a timeshare for  $8,000 that you own forever!   Remember......... on-site sales will costs you from $5000 to $25,000.  Our Resale Prices are from $995 and up. It's always better to own than rent!

How do I choose the right Realtor?  Searching for your Timeshare can be a fun experience. The following questions will help you decide if a particular Realtor is right for you:
Do they own a Timeshare?
Do they perform a financial analysis to help you determine how much you can afford?
Do they explain things clearly?
Do they seem knowledgeable about the Timeshare Industry?

If the answer to these questions is "Yes" - you've found yourself a great Realtor.

If you find yourself answering "no" to these questions, or to any individual questions that are important to you, you should keep looking until you find a Realtor you feel comfortable with
